Where can i volunteer for community service hours?

I need a place in Mesquite or close to it. Can anyone help me? Im wanting at least 8 hours by Friday but i would love to have more and not just have it a short term deal. I NEED 8 hours for NHS. Im cuttin it close but hopefully i can make it!!! HELPP!!!!

I am not familiar with where you are asking about, but most areas have some that I can tell you. Homeless shelters, libraries, food pantries, Goodwill stores and others like them, animal shelters, churches and more. Check in your phone book for non profit places. Those are the ones that usually take volunteers.
