Where can i watch act 3 of dr. horrible's sing along blog?

Unfortunately, they took down free viewing (on the official site) on July 20th. You'll have to either buy it on iTunes (it's cheap and you'll be supporting Whedon and his people, who ROCK) or wait until someone puts it on YouTube (act II is there already).

They're also hoping to put it out on DVD before Christmas.

Well, since the free viewing ended, it's technically not supposed to be online.  However, I think I did see it earlier today on youtube.  So you should look for it on there.  But I would suggest buying it off of itunes (the whole thing is only $4).  Or you can just wait for the dvd.
