I think a bunch of the DVD's are already out, although only as far as season 2.  Those anime companies always take forever and lately they have been doing series more than movies, obviously enough you get more money out of series.  Their attempt at ripping off geeks, has led to rampant p****y on the net so, you may want to talk to an anime nerd on were you can get it althoug....

You did not hear that from me, and per rules of the yahoo community I will not reveal such places.  Talk to an anime nerd yourself if you can find one, I'm sure they can hook you up.
