Where can i watch baseball in the puerto plata region of the dominican republic?

Well, live quality baseball is played in the winter league, starts on october and ends on january. From Puerto Plata you can go to Santiago, to Estadio Cibao. Try to see Aguilas Cibaeñas Vs Tigueres del Licey. If you just want to go see dominican players at a baseball academy, from Puerto Plata you can go to Altamira. There is a great baseball academy build by Bartolo Colon. Lots of good rasing young talents there.

I don't remember EVER seeing a baseball game in the D.R.... the NATIONAL SPORT for the D.R. is the NATIONAL SPORT for the whole world except AmeriKa... SOCCER.

There are always  lots of amateur games going on .It's great to watch  the younger age groups. in Sosua there are ball fields across  the street from the entrance to  Casa Marina.  Saturday mornings there are  lots of games there  with age groups from pre-teen to young men.
