I guess Imeem.com would be a logical choice as they have all the episodes for free and the quality is okay but you'd have to type in the episode # you would want along with the season i.e. code geass episode 1 or code geass r2 episode 1.

I myself go to animesquish.com because they have a lot more anime series in their library and their all sorted by name in a scroll list so you can find the one you want. they also have a link at the top of the site for dubbed series they have so your not stuck searching for subbed or dubbed series and when you find the one you want i.e. code geass r2 it'll have all the episodes for that season on its own web page so you don't have to search for each individual one. And the quality is about the same on both sites
