I can imagine highlights of a 9.6 second race would be tiny, but it would certainly help to know which country you are in because the IOC agreements include IP Blocking.

In the US - nbcolympics.com will probably have it

The UK - try bbc.co.uk

If in Australia - au.yahoo.com/olympics should have it up *eventually*.

Add - I guess they are right and you could try youtube. But you are going to need to be exceptionally fast - the IOC and its broadcast partners are not slow in getting the videos taken down. If you are really lucky, it may last 15 minutes before its TPCC'ed.
