nbcolympics.com has hundreds of videos on demand, including full competitions for free. Keep in mind that you have to have the updated version of Microsoft's Silverlight to view this. The older version apparently won't work with it.

It depends which country you are in. If you are outside America, you wont be able to view footage on the NBC website, likewise if you want to watch footage on the bbc you can only view if you are in the UK. This is all to do with broadcasting rights for the olympics and the fact that only certain channels have the right to broadcast the olympics footage, be it replays or live streaming.

You can try youtube, but when i last checked they were deleting the footage due to copyright laws.
