IF YOU GO TO INDY.COM.....

You have to right click on the watch live link and tell it to open in a new tab or it WILL NOT START. Then click the link it puts in the new tab. Don't try to just click the first link from the home page link like normal, nothing will happen.  I'm at work an I tried on 3 different browsers and 3 diff pc's and this is the only way it'll work.
