Sailor Moon is only dubbed up to 4 seasons. There is no official North American English dubbed version of Season 5 (aka Sailor Stars) out there. Only Seasons 1-4 were ever taken and adapted/translated and dubbed for North American viewers. There's no official reason as to why Season 5 hasn't been dubbed into English, however many people have theorized that it is due to the amount of adult content in that season; primarily the question of the 3 new characters, the Sailor Starlights. They are women when in their transformations, however they change into men when they are normal people on Earth. I suspect they couldn't figure out a way to explain this to North American audiences and they figured it was inappropriate.
