you can watch it thru www.mediazone.com.

They have an option to get the world cup. BUT they are only showing the games after a 24 hour delay from kick off.

Well setanta.com are showing it, but it will cost you around $120US for all the games live. Alternatively, you can watch the games delayed on mediazone.com for less, not much less though, I think it's $99.

Apart from that..I don't know....I'm trying to find out myself! Kiwi living in Canada at the moment finding it hard!

For television viewing, depends on where you are. For online viewing you can try the Setanta Sports web site and the IRB web site.

There appears to be an official broadcast in conjuction with the World Cup Rugby organisation (in high quality video). May want to try that vendor.
