Not sure about the web broadcasts, as there are so many to choose from.  I plan on watching it later tonight, (I'm in Florida) on NBC.  I take it that it's being aired currently in the UK then?

Youtube olympics channel will play some highlights videos of the closing ceremony. But only selected countries have access to its channel.
