Where can i zoom a photo ?

Question

all of these picture sites where you can upload photos have where you can crop them but you cant zoom and save them. Does anyone know a good site that i can upload, zoom then save?

I don't know of any picture site which allows you to do that. But you can download and install the freeware IrfanView, it has many useful features, yet is extremely easy to handle. Once it is installed, open your pic with it, go to "image" in the top bar, click "change size", enter the desired size, also change the DPI (dots per inch) settings to 72, then save your pic. You may also zoom your pic by clicking the + button in the top bar.
