Where can my daughter ride her quad bike legally in Sussex?

my partner wants to buy our daughter a quad bike for her birthday (its a man thing lol) but im saying no because i do not want her riding it illegally on land which she isnt supposed to....so before i agree to what i still think is a ridiculous idea does anybody know if there is any where in sussex where you can go with you quad bike and ride it leagally?

  1. She can only legally ride a quad bike on private property that is owned by you, or a family or friend who give you permission. You cannot ride it in places like public parks, etc.

    Other then that, you cannot legally ride it on any road, or any property you do not have permission (i.e empty fields on a farm, etc)

It is an arrestable offence to ride these vehicles on the foreshore or beach, clifftops or ANY public place (including Bridle paths, footpaths, Forestry Commission land, National Trust land, forest, park or recreation land.). This is not a "warning offence" but a serious breach of the law.
