I would suggest Rancho Relaxo on College and Spadina. Fine Mexican food, great staff and they have vegetarioan on the menu. They will make any substituion for you and certainly enhance your vegetarian experience. The guacamole is fantastic.

Now as far as Mississauga goes get down to Port Credit, lakeshore because there are two Italian - vegetarian place between Hurontario and Cawthra. Have fun. I used to live there.

Well, I'm not too sure about all vegetarian italian or mexican restuarants, but I've been experimenting with a few restaurants downtown (along the bloor/danforth line).  This one I go to is along bloor, between spadina and st. george.

If you've heard of a place called "Fresh", it's a really great all-vegetarian restaurant.  The food is fresh and very organic, and it's quite a popular place to either dine-in or atleast do a take-out.  

They're menu is quite superb as well, I've only gone there twice (both take-outs, there's a long wait to be able to dine in, plus I'm studying for exams, lol), and I found the food amazing!  The atmosphere inside is quite relaxing, regardless of it being so busy.  

I highly recommend trying the Ninja Bowl or the Power House (with soba noodles).  Yum!
