Where can the Australian Illawarra Shorthorn be found in Australia and why is it suited there?

  1. the Illawarra Shorthorn is a dairy cattle and great milkers. They can be found on most farms along the east Coast of Australia that has temperate climates, in particular the more drier areas, as they were originally brought to Australia to cope with drought areas. They are red-brown in colour and of a fairly placid nature.
