What if you are buying from an individual, will a dealership still help for free?

You can also ask your financial institution to run a car fax report. If you're borrowing money to buy it they will be willing to pay for it so they know you're not buying a heap of steel too!

At a dealership that has a Carfax account. Some will print it out free, if you are looking at buying a car.
