It can't be spotted anywhere at midnight right now.  It's too close to the sun.  But when it is farther away from the sun, the only places you can see it at midnight are far northern and far southern latitudes.

Even at other times you can't see it at midnight as it is near the Sun. Maximum distance(& time) it goes from Sun is 48degrees. At this position it rises before Sunrise as morning star, or sets after Sunset as evening star, by 3h 12' of time.
