Where can we bid online SAP-ABAP projects?

where can we bid online SAP-ABAP projects??we have a IT firm in india. we have sap-abap programmers. now, can anyone tell me where can we bid for the sap projects? the procedure...and neccessary information abt tht..

Can you please tell me which layer you are in software industry.  What is your credentials.  Bidding is mostly done by companies in first, second layer only with Microsoft, Sun and other leading players who offer the contract for development of software by bidding.  To be more precise, TCS, Infosys, like organisations can bid since they are proven and their bids are considered serious from India.  Others can trail behind these giants for a piece of cake and not a whole meal.  I assume that your firm must be very small otherwise you would not have asked this question in yahoo answers and the promotors must be aware of the procedure.
