Where can we find the actual National depreciation rates of the US dollar for current and past years?

I'm vaguely familiar with the Momentum indicators but am looking for either another indicator that deals directly for currency devaluation and/or any website that gives us the information we need to evaluate the momentum indicators such as the m1 m2 and m3 reports to discover the percentages ourselves.
