Where can we find the team blue cap in Club Penguin?

In Club Penguin the penguin games are going on and is free item and it is a team Blue Cap

Actually I think what you're talking about is the Blue Face-Paint. The face-paint is in the Pizza Parlor, where the piano used to be. If you want the red one too (you can have both), then go to the coffee shop: it's in the left-hand bottom corner of the shop.

there and no blue or red caps only face paint and when you wave with it on you hold up a sign to find the red face paint go to the Coffey shop and for the blue go to the pizza parlour to get a blue/red cap you have to be a member to buy it

theres a little table with make up and stuff go click on that and once your penguin is near it they will ask you if you want it!
