  1. LIHEAP- WHICH IS THROUGH CEDA WILLPAY YOUR LIGHT BILL. IF SHE'S ELDERLY IM SURE THERE ARE PROGRAMS TO HELP

  2. Okay, couple of options.

Number 1. Department of Social Services. Dont' let anyone harass you or make you feel bad about going to get help when you need it. That's what its for. Your grandma can qualify for utility assistance, food stamps, medicaid (if you don't have insurance) and TANF, temporary assistance for needy families. It's not a lot of money (TANF), but it should be able to help your grandma get back on her feet and get ahead of those bills. Now the paperwork is a bit lengthy, and some of the questions may seem personal (a.k.a. none of their business), but it's their money and they have a right to ask whatever questions they want to decide who to give it out to. But it's totally worth it, because it REALLY helps.

    2. Try your local church, they always have some fund to help families who are having trouble. I hope this helps and I hope your grandma gets another job. Dont' worry, it will all work out okay, it just seems like too much too handle right now. Make sure you stay in school and work hard, so that when you're older your grandma wont' have to work
