aside from the usual goldilocks and chowking, i suggest you try the halo halo from Razon's which originated in Guagua, Pampanga. They have branches in Robinson's Galleria, Robinson's Ermita, SM Megamall and Mall of Asia.

no one beats Razon's. they have branches in robinson's galleria, greenhills near pnb and in some sm malls.

it's not your usual halo-halo with plenty of ingredients,it's simplicity makes it really scrumptious.'

the beans and leche flan are so smooth once it gets to your tongue.

Hot Chick, MAGpie, and warrior is a child got it right. it has to be the Halo-Halo at Razon's.

at first, it might look like c**p since the thing only has a piece of leche flan and beans on shaven ice... but one scoop and you're already in heaven.

for me, when i say the best halo-halo

it means less or no beans

more kaong

lechen flan has to be sweet and rich

ice cream has to be mango sorbet from haagen dazs

and it has to be in a big container

fit for a king

the shaved ice has to be smooth like sorbeish ice

and i have to see real vanilla seeds in there

i know exactly where to find this heavenly perfect dessert

my mom's house!
