we wish to return home to co. laois mountrath, abbeyleix, portlaois durrow as long as its on a main bus route & near a cat.church no stairs

The best thing to do is contact the council there you can usually go on the web and find them by way of town but depending on how small town is they may not have a link yet.  http://www.durrowvillage.com/  for town of durrow  In Ireland usually the council of that town has low cost housing for people but if you are trying to go back sometimes its a long waiting list the other suggestion I have to contact the local parish there.
