Where can you buy 00 Flour.?

I have been to a few grocery stores and I havent been able to find this flour. I know king arthur sells this flour online but I havent seen it in the store? Does anyone know where I can go to buy this?

00 flour is how fine the flour is milled.

There high-gluten 00 flour and lower gluten 00 flour.

The king arthur 00 flour is 8.5% gluten which is similar to pastry flour.

Some website suggest that you can use cake flour and all-purpose flour as a sub for 00 flour.... or even using straight all-purpose flour will do the trick.
