Where can you buy LCD windows for the home?

I saw it on TV or the Internet a while ago and they were regular looking windows with like a dial or button next to them and it would make them go black or frosted (There were 2 types) at the press of a button, and with the dial it would do it to inbetween so you could allow some light in. I was interested in them for home and just trying to find somewhere that sells them.
