  1. Pretty much anywhere that sells cars...

    You don't HAVE to put money down, it's just helpful in offsetting your payments and it shows the bank that you have some resources available (so they'll offer you a lower APR). Not putting anything down is unwise, especially with anything less than stellar credit.

    Prepare to pay a higher APR (don't be shocked if it goes as high as 9.5% or worse) and larger monthly dues. I don't know of any place that requires money down unless they're offering you attractive financing or some special deal that has too much fine print.

  3. If you have outstanding credit there are many places that will let you do it, but you will be hard-pressed to find that without superb credit.  That's the big catch with all the great "deals" that places try to "give" you.  Your credit needs to be near pristine.

  4. Most GM dealers before end of the week.  They are hurting to sell cars so bad they are offering up to 72 month interest free financing and no money down with a credit score of 690 and higher.
