If you are talking about the kind of tag that you wear on your neck or wrist to warn about medical conditions you have, they are often sold at drug stores.  If you have a store that you shop at regularly, I suggest you ask the pharmacist.

But if you want to buy online, they are sold that way as well.  I think the biggest name in this business is Medic Alert, which you can find here:
