Where can you buy a plain black inner tube for river tubing?

You should go to a store that sells truck tires if you want a big tube.....Probably not big box stores like WalMart but if there is a Goodyear store or Firestone store and they sell truck tires you'd be in luck

We used to just go to a local goodyear dealer that fixed truck tires. They used to just let us take the old tubes. A tube of crazy glue and patches cut from an old tube did the trick and we were good to go.

http://www.gemplers.com/rear-tractor has industrial black tubes up to 38" diameter.  I imagine any tractor, heavy equipment or mining equipment dealer can sell you a tube if you need a bigger one.
