Where can you buy cow skin?

I need to buy cow skin for a recipe I found. Is there a place you know about where you can buy cow skin for food purposes?

you need to talk with a true Butcher ..

But remember the hide is very valuable as leather products ..

so even if you find a 4H steer the odds are against you

Nope.  Butcher your own and use the skin.
