Where can you buy decent gelled pads for a TENS unit without it costing a fortune?

I haven't used my TENS unit in years and used to get the pads through my doctor's office but he's retired now. I want to start using it again but need pads for the TENS unit.

Please recommend websites you have actually used! I tried to order from one yesterday using PayPal but I am suspicious that they might use the information to access my PayPal account.

Know any reputable places?

If you have a good password your PayPal account shouldn't be a problem for you at all.  I'd suggest a pass phrase with a couple of digits like "Red67Mustang" to make it almost impossible to guess.
