Are you looking for syringe needles?  Yes, many farm and veterinary supply stores carry them, but in most states you need either a prescription or a permit to buy them.

ooh my bad i read that wrong i thought you meant you couldnt find where to buy it online lol my bad.

Possibly Hobby stores, look up a couple piercing shop numbers and ask them where they get there needles.

If you have any friends that know nurses or are nurses, try that. my sis's boyfriends mom is a nurse and she has whole lot of them.
