Where can you buy hotel televisions and like you can add movies and the people have to pay for em?

I need to buy hotel televisions where you can add movies and make the guests pay for them, and even if I'm extra extra extra lucky one with the internet BUT they gotta pay extra for it? I can't explain I just need hotel TV's

These are not special TVs, but regular (digital) TVs with a programme on them that connects to the pay-per-view company that the hotel has an agreement with.
