Where can you buy mist systems that some mini gulf courses/theme parks use?

In mini gulf courses such as Pirates Cove in Florida and some theme parks they use some kind of a mist/dry ice system that I always thought was really cool. Is there a place that sells mist systems like this were anyone can buy them? I believe the mist I have seen at Pirates Cove mini gulf was water based that ran through a tube. I have seen a non water based mist at some theme parks, however not sure if it is dry ice or what.
