Where can you buy old tractor tires in El Paso, Texas?

Question

I want to build an earthship house, but I don't have any tractor tires. I can get 1-5 acres of land, some earth, solar panels, the water system to collect rainwater, a water filter, plaster or whatever the walls are "plastered" with, and the plumbing and electric systems, cans, bottles, and everything else. I just need tractor tires. I can buy or recycle everthing else.
