ok I live in newark ohio umm where can you buy A small tape recorder like the ones you c in the saw movies don't worry I'm not going to use them for the same thing lol

I think you are talking about a digital voice recorder...they are available everywhere now.  Try Walmart, or Best Buy.  I have even seen them at drug stores like CVS.
