There is no such thing as a "Pokemon Opal" or "Coral." I've never heard of it, but I read from WikiAnswers* that:

"Pokemon Opal is the speculated title for the 'Special Edition' to the Fourth Generation (As was Pokemon Yellow, Crystal and Emerald) however there is no real proof as of yet if this is to be it's title."

You might be referring to Pokemon Platinum, which will be released first in Japan soon, then in the United States and other countries. You can read more about it here: http://serebii.net/platinum/.
