Where can you buy potassium nitrate in canada?

I'm looking for pure or close to pure potassium nitrate or saltpeter, but i don't know where to buy it in canada. i've heard something about a stump remover that is 98 percent potassium nitrate but i can't find that either.

i'm also under 18, will that be important?

Nobody uses potassium nitrate for bombs any more - it was used when black powder was used in bombs, but that was a long time ago.  Ammonium nitrate will get you scrutinized though...

Stump remover is potassium nitrate.  Look at garden supply and hardware stores.  There shouldn't be any age restrictions on this product (at least, there don't seem to be any in the US).

You can also look at pottery supply stores - some stock potassium and sodium nitrate.

Ordering online is also an option, but many online sellers only ship to the US, so this may be more difficult...

You may have a hard time buying that stuff. I think it's what terrorists use to make bombs.
