Motherhood Maternity sells something similar for $17 called the tummy sleeve.  I think it's available in black, tan and white.  Otherwise, you can find a store in your area that sells bellabands on their website, www.ingridandisabel.com  I had the tummy sleeve from Motherhood and used it for the first 4-5 months and it was great.  I'm sure the bellabands are much more expensive, but I didn't ever buy one, so I can't tell you if they work better.  How that helps!

i just looked up bella bands and found that they can be bought at JC Penny for about $49 if there isnt a store near you go to their website jcpenny.com

I found one at Motherhood Maternity... Except I've misplaced it and I don't really wanna go buy another one. I think I got it for like 20 or something like that.
