If buy mini-stick you mean those stupid little souvenir things, You can't. You can only buy the working versions. Full size, junior or senior.

If you mean things for knee hockey or whatnot, again, they don't make them. the whole point of a high performance stick is basically negated. They're expensive to make and to buy- there is no market for a 200 knee hockey stick.
