  1. the bank, or the airport

  2. If you're in El Paso, you can spend them like US $

  3. Wells Fargo has a foreign currency exchange program.  If you or any of your friends has an account, they make it really easy to convert Mexcian Pesos back to US Dollars: https://www.foreignexchangeservices.com/... .

Unfortunately, they don't take coins.  However, 200 peso coins may be not be considered as such, since there exist 200 peso bills, as well.

  4. The 200 peso coins are commemorative coins that were issued in 1985 for the 175th Anniversary of Independence from Spain and the 75th Anniversary of the Mexican Revolution.

In 1993, Mexico remonetized and 1000 old pesos became 1 new peso. That means your coins have a face value of 20 current centavos or about 2 cents US each. In circulated condition, they are worth about 50 cents each as collectibles.
