You can make this happen if you're serious about it but it'll cost you money.

The cheapest I could find is 10 dollars upfront and 5 dollars a month after that for unlimited e-mail addresses like this.

For this you'll first have to go to http://godaddy.com and register a domain here you pick whatever you want for your liveloo@_____.com address.

This will cost you the ten bucks.

Then you'll have to go to http://snipurl.com/3avpd and there you'll have to click on the web hosting button and buy the cheapest one on the left panel. It's about five bucks a month.

Then you'll have to go to your hosting account and get your name servers and put it in your name servers at your godaddy.com account. To do this go to all domains in your godaddy account. Click on the domain that you got. Then click on the name servers button and select the custom name servers tab.
