well for all those of you being sarcastic about country/city, if you havent noticed the question was placed in dining in London.

Here is list of good chains you can find in london

Ping Pong chinese/japanese

nobu  (pricey) japanese

This is a very broad question.  There are several guides but most either take hidden fees, free hospitality or advertising, so you cannot necessarily trust all that you read.  The Good Food Guide has anonymous inspectors and takes no fees or hospitality, and Michelin is the same, so can be trusted.  You can also try my web site below, which similarly takes no fees or free meals.

In Cebu.

Japanese 4 star for two people with good wine, £8, or $16.

Flights there are good and cheap to, around £500 or $1000.

Hotels around £5 or $10 a night.

Beautiful beaches and people.

Now THAT'S a meal.

If you're in London, Charlotte Street (Near Goodge Street Tube station) has large selection of excellent restuarants, with a wide range in price and cuisine.

If you're looking for a cheap meal, I recomment Italian Coffe Company. They do excellent pizzas for about £4.

Also I remember a very nice classy french restaurant (although can't remember the exact name)

u can go to the hotel and eat and pay all  you can

the flying roll is in tulsa and is a chicken place that let you order main chorce and all u can eat side, and they actually toss or throw the rolls at if u want one it is homemade and really good. good luck with finding a good resuarant near you.
