Most drug stores and many supermarkets sell condoms.  

The only place that I have seen them available individually is in vending machines or at the birth control clinic.   So pretty much anywhere that you go to buy condoms (aside from the vending machine in the restroom) should have them available by the box.

Because they are commonly stolen (presumably by people too ashamed to purchase them openly) they are often kept in a locked display cabinet or stored behind the counter so you need to ask for them.

anywhere...walmart seems to have the best prices that I have seen.
