HI Pink,

The book that comes to mind.. and I use it all the time, is the Rubank Elementary Method for Flute.   In the front of the book is a fold out of all of the fingerings and they are all on one page.  But also you can order a fingering chart from WoodWind BrassWind.   The chart is laminated so you know it will not get torn or destroyed.  I think it costs about $3.00.
