The best prediction you can find is the bookmakers. Go and see what odds they have on it. Forget men smelly of wet dogs tipping off a mate in a bar. Bookies are proffessionals that ONLY make money when they're right. Trust in their odds.

I use 2 sites. www.statfox.com   and   www.cappersaccess.com

Statfox is a discussion site where people post their predictions and they have some good amature handicappers.  Cappersaccess has real handicappers that sell their picks, but people on cappersaccess find them and post them for free.

Both of these sites are free to join and will give you some good insight into baseball scores and totals.

I assume your goal is to find someone who handicaps MLB and then publishes their predictions. You'll find plenty of people who do that but none of the are very good. If they were they wouldn't be trying to entice people into buying a sports package.

One thing you might find interesting is wagertracker. It doesn't predict scores but it does show you what people are betting on. If you believe in the concept the groups know stuff then that might be of interest to you.

I've been gambling on baseball, basketball, football etc. for about five years, and the best place that I've found is

the bookie pays you. com

They give out a free pick each day (which is ussually a winner)

and I think they have the most reasonably priced monthly packages. You should give them a try.
