Where can you find lucky punch on pokemon pearl?

I want to give it to my Chansey so it won't be so weak. Can someone please help me find it?

You have to obtain for a wild Happiny or.  There is a 5% chance you a wild Happiny will be holding it.

The only place to get a wild Happiny is in the Trophy Garden

It can be found on Wild Chansey. I think it only works for Chansey, so it might be better to not use it at all. Blissey isn't meant to deal damage, but soak it up and put a status effect on another Pokemon.

Ah, my source was wrong, listen to Timmay on where to find one. Just take my advice on not using it, it really is a bad item..
