  1. what pokeman said, or have a pokemon from another hold one as u transfr it over.


  2. beat the team galactic boss,

    or win the lotory.

  3. The only way to find it is when you beat the Team Galactic Boss. Then he will give you a master ball. If you already used it to capture Dialga, that was a big waste. You should've used an Ultra Ball or something.
