Ask your friends if they know anyone, I'm sure its not hard if you know the right people. Or just have a poker night with your friends I do with mine and its always a goof time.

Theres a couple of websites, depeding on what country you are in, that you can sign up for.  Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars are popular but if you are in the US Im not sure if you can still deposit money onto the sight.  You can play with play chips online.  If you want to play with money, go to Sportsbetting.com and you can deposti money to play against other people on regular money games or sit and go (tournaments).  Good luck!

People have sufficiently answered your question with regards to finding people online, so here are some answers about in person.  There are many poker leagues out there now, that meet weekly and play for points towards various prizes.  I have played in some of those leagues but I have found the play strange and tend to play as tight as possible there, I would advise that for anyone playing in no buy-in type tournaments.  These places are good for finding others to play in cash ring games or cash tournaments also.  Many states that don't have casinos (such as florida) allow poker to be played at places of para-mutual betting (dog tracks, horse tracks, etc..) that is where I normally play when not in a casino.

One last place is many charities now hold poker tournaments for some rather substantial prizes, I play in those too.  Good luck in your endevor to find these games.
