Where can you find pads for a clarinet?

you can find them pretty much on any music website. you could go to the nearest music store and they could do it for you, but it might get expensive, depending on how many need replacing!

It depends on how you want to do it. if time is an issue, you can order pads from many websites, just do a yahoo search, and you can find some. if you want to have it done professionally you might need to wait for any amount of time from a day to weeks, but it will definitely be done right. just go to your local music store, and they will gladly do it for you, for a small fee.

You can find them at most online music stores that deal with band and orchestral instruments, but you are going to have to buy full sets, and you can find them in neat kits that include a tacklebox, glue, instructions, etc.

You can also usually get them from your local music store that does instrument repair... this would be a better deal if you only need a couple pads.  As a general rule, if you need to  change one pad, you should change them all (unless one randomly fell off or something)... there are also a couple keys that are a pain- the wrong thickness of pad will effect your tuning... the Eb pinky key being the biggest problem.  

If you need to have your whole horn repadded, take it in and ask if you can watch... this will be good if you ever have to take apart keys to do it yourself in the future.  Also, if you have a professional model clarinet (like a Buffet R13 or Selmer Signature), the whole top joint should be done in cork.
