  2. a - clouds and fog are condensed water in suspension in the atmosphere.

  3. Clouds and fog are condensed water vapor, and are in the atmosphere.  So "A".

But technically, rivers, streams, and groundwater are all within the atmosphere, just at ground level or below ground.

  4. clouds and fog.  Rivers and groundwater are not droplets of water. Water vapor is technically a gas, not a liquid.

  5. Liquid water is found in clouds and fog, the water vapour condenses onto soot and ash and other particles in the atmosphere. These tiny droplets in this form are called aerosols.

FYI: Rain clouds are dark grey to black because as the water droplets coalesce to form rain drops they also bring together the soot particles they have been riding on, increasing their concentration as the drops get bigger, until the point where they get too big and air currents can no longer hold them in and they fall out.
